Ingredients:
- 150g Soft Brown Sugar
- 225g Salted Butter
- 1 Tsp Golden Syrup
- 350g Porridge Oats
How to:
- In a saucepan melt the butter and mix in he sugar and golden syrup.
- Once it stars to bubble, add the oats and stir all the ingredients together.
- When the mixture has heated up and combined, turn off the heat and transfer to a baking tray ( we recommend 20 x 26cm)
- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 140˚c
- Take out of the oven and leave to cool for 10 minutes before cutting into 14 pieces.
- Store in an air tight container. They will store for around 1 week.
