Homemade Flapjack

Cook 50 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 150g Soft Brown Sugar
  • 225g Salted Butter
  • 1 Tsp Golden Syrup
  • 350g Porridge Oats

How to:

  • In a saucepan melt the butter and mix in he sugar and golden syrup.
  • Once it stars to bubble, add the oats and stir all the ingredients together.
  • When the mixture has heated up and combined, turn off the heat and transfer to a baking tray ( we recommend 20 x 26cm)
  • Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 140˚c
  • Take out of the oven and leave to cool for 10 minutes before cutting into 14 pieces.
  • Store in an air tight container. They will store for around 1 week.
