Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 300ml Double Cream
- 100ml Mascarpone
- 2tbps Brandy
- 2tsp Icing Sugar
- Zest Of Half An Orange
How to:
- Whip the cream, orange zest and icing sugar together in a bowl until soft peaks form.
- Then quickly fold into the brandy.
- Gently fold in the mascarpone.
- Serve alongside a dessert of your choice. We’d pile it on top of Christmas pudding or a delicious warm mince pie.
