Boozy Brandy Cream

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 300ml Double Cream
  • 100ml Mascarpone
  • 2tbps Brandy
  • 2tsp Icing Sugar
  • Zest Of Half An Orange

How to:

  • Whip the cream, orange zest and icing sugar together in a bowl until soft peaks form.
  • Then quickly fold into the brandy.
  • Gently fold in the mascarpone.
  • Serve alongside a dessert of your choice. We’d pile it on top of Christmas pudding or a delicious warm mince pie.
