Christmas Orders FAQ

Email us at help@robertshawsfamrshop.co.uk with your order number and  we can amend your order  for you. You can amend your order up until the order book closes. We cannot change any orders after this date as we have ordered the items/made the items for you.

To order more items you will need to create a new order.

Items below £15 will need paying in full, items above £15 will need a £15 deposit per item and the rest will be paid on collection. ???Items paid with Paypal E-check will need to be placed one week before the order closing date, or we will have to contact you for alternative payment.???

Please email us at help@robertshawsfarmshop.co.uk with your order number before we close the orders online. We cannot refund items paid in full or deposits after this date. We cannot change any orders after this date as we have ordered the items/made the items for you.

You'll need to bring your order confirmation with you. Visit the butchers to collect your butchers items and the deli for the delicatessen orders. Take your items and go through the till to pay your remaining balance.

In the unlikely instance that a product is not available we will contact you and offer a replacement or a refund.
